welcome to THORPE'S

We had such a wonderful late lunch. The burger was to die for and the fish and chips were battered perfectly crispy. The fries also were the perfect consistency. Our waitress Denise was very personable and attentive. Her daughter who also worked there was kind enough to bring out a blanket for our 6 month old. We brought our dog on the patio and were able to meet the owner, his wife and his dog Fred. You can tell everyone at the establishment loves dogs as everyone came up to pet our doodle! He loved the attention! We also got him some grilled chicken which of course he devoured! Will definitely be back. 🙂

We are visiting the area and were told by a local this was the place to go to avoid the wait times in town if we wanted great food. She was absolutely right! We sat on the deck as it was a beautiful fall day. The temperature dropped a bit during our service and our server provided a blanket without me even asking. So nice! It kept my legs toasty and made is very comfortable so we could stay and enjoy the food and view. We ordered the burnt ends as an appetizer, which was extremely tender and yummy. The presentation was nice as well! I got a caramel apple cranberry seasonal cocktail, which was delicious and not too sweet. The tomatoes soup with my meal was rich, and the Red Snapper entree was genuinely perfect. Completely deboned, crispy skin with a buttery flake inside, perfect sauce, and the rice and veggies were well seasoned and delicious. My partner's lobster ravioli was rich and tasty too! Such a nice dinner from start to finish!

This place is a welcoming oasis in the middle of this beautiful autumn landscape. Fast friendly service, excellent food, peaceful and fun atmosphere. We sat outside on the deck and our server brought us blankets because she saw that we were a little cold. If that’s not worth 5 stars, I don’t know what is.

Ally was absolutely amazing both times she was our server at Thorpe 903! She is genuinely one of the funniest people ever and made the entire experience so much better. She has such a great personality, makes you feel comfortable, and brings such a fun energy to the table. You can tell she actually enjoys interacting with her customers, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Both visits were great, and I really hope we get her as our server again! She deserves so much recognition for the amazing job she does. If you go to Thorpe 903, definitely hope you get Ally as your server!! 😂❤️
